Production begins only after the final artwork proof and all project details have been approved. Completion dates remain estimates until artwork, materials, site access, and installation requirements are confirmed.
Customers are responsible for approving spelling, dimensions, contact information, layout, colors, and all content shown on the final proof before production begins.
Personalized and printed items cannot be returned once production has started, except where there is a verified production defect or production error. Please contact On Point Designs promptly so we can review any concern.
Colors viewed on a phone or monitor may differ slightly from the finished print. Material texture and lighting can also affect appearance. Weather and site conditions may affect outdoor installation schedules.
